Here are the 3 that missed the cut.
Bottom line if you already like the play. Then you have some support in here to back it.

Chisox were not strong enough to tag with the RL. -175 is well over the tariff I'm willing to pay on any side.
The ump for home favorites at this price over the last 4 years is 4-0.

ATL/WAS Under.
This missed on a couple of fronts. But if you already liked the play...
know this. The ump is 6-0 under the last 3 years at this number.

ARI/PHI Under.
This missed on pitcher w/ump data. We had some. But it was with both pitchers on other teams.
The ump is 5-2 under at this number over the last 3 years.

Myself.
I'm not playing nothing. Been real happy the way things have gone the last 2 weeks.
So I'm not going to force anything. I already started working on the card for Thursday.
Looks like we might have a play for tomorrow. We just have to wait until then for the rest of the numbers.
After tomorrow going to take a break from this thread until next Tuesday.

Sorry I have not posted more.  I have tried to come back lately more.  First, this site was blocked for me at work for awhile because it was construed as a "gambling" website, so I had no access for about 3 months.  Work has been dreadful for me as well.  Heck, I honestly cannot remember the last time I capped my own game.  I do read this thread and I played the plays yesterday so I do appreciate it and I do appreciate the hard work that goes into this, I used to post some of these games and I know the time that is involved, time which I admittedly have not had much of anymore.  Anyways, as always, keep up the phenomanol work and job, I for one appreciate everything here at TIS and this is far and away my favorite thread.

 money1a
Thanks for the kind words.
I know work keeps you and Laker away from the thread.
But even when you guys were here along with Oscar and a few others...
You had 10 people watching to every person posting.

This site will never grow or for that matter stay afloat if people are not active.
That moves you in search rankings and makes it easier for people to find the site.

Part of my frustration is all the time I put in here at TIS along with money to keep it going.
Too be honest and I shared this with others. I'm closer to shutting this site down then to keep fighting to keep it going.
When we opened the doors here the economy was much better. The long term plan was to give it 5 years and see what happens. But the economy changed that. My partner in the site lost hours at his job. plus what little extra he had went to support his out of work son. He was more of a silent partner and put up the cash to start this place. In the last 6 months I have been paying the bills. While also operating the site 100% of the time.

It's one thing to put in a lot of hours and get nothing out of it.
But then to pay out of pocket to do that. Well that's just something I'm not a fan of..
Next week I will again pay the hosting bill and see how this football season goes.
But if things continue on a downward trend. Then something will need to be done.

Its very unfortunate that the site has become such a burden.  With the guys we have here, that should be the least of your worries.  But with the way everything is right now, its not surprising.

So anything we can do to help out let us know Game, I know for a fact this place is like a second home to many (including myself). To say the least, we would hate to see it go.

As far as the In the Dugout, I would blame most of it on betting baseball in general. I just don't think there is enough interest in it, unfortunately. I took the summer off, but I still hang out and read everything.  But, when you look at it, there are maybe 5-10 consistent posters in the MLB section.  We have the same problem with the NBA section.  So, like you said its probably not worth all the work you put in.  Which is unfortunate, because you post some great winners and information.

What it comes down to, people don't give a shit about the information, they just want the plays.  Be it from you or anyone else.  They just hit refresh waiting for people like JJ, GG, CC, Game, etc to post. Which is a drag on the site.

On the bright side, I'm sure the good news, traffic, posting, and everything else will all pick up once football season comes along.

Game, first off thank you for all of your hard work with these posts, outstanding effort and valuable information.  I admit that I enjoy looking around the site to see what others are saying/posting and capping.  I like the gambling action but do not consider myself a capper by any stretch.  I have always done well with foots, but have never bet baseball until I found this site.  I would make a suggestion, for what its worth.  You clearly know the members on TIS that are contributors, either by posting information such as In the Dugout or by consistently capping games.  Then there are a number of members who just make some comments (like me) and use the information posted to place wagers.  I would be more than willing to pay a fee for access to the site based on my minimal contributions.  I truly enjoy the site, and feel like I "know" alot of posters, even though I have never met anyone from the site.  I would sorely miss visting the site on a daily basis if it did not exist going forward.  Just a suggestion, thanks again for your dedication and contributions to TIS.  Vags

mvags you do not need to know much about capping to be part of this thread.
Now I don't know your favorite or local team. But coming from you, it would mean more to me than any print form.

Now not to call you out. But you are my target audience.
I want to teach people a simple and easy way to cap baseball.
When you learn this thread. Know what the numbers mean and you pick a game....
You really won that game.
Now I'm not suggesting to not follow our house cappers.
I think you can use this thread to back their plays up.
I don't know CC's system. But I do know that Jumperjack and I will rarely bump heads in here.
He is a best value player, follows trends and really gets best spots for pitchers.
So a lot of times JJ and I will be in concert together on plays.

But my main message is. Have a voice. Nobody here will ever call you out on that...
I would never allow that anyways.
mvags this thread is for people like you. Don't know something ask.
If you have an opinion. I want to hear it.
You don't know me from Adam. But I built this site for people just like you.
Thanks for taking the time to write what you did  beer2

I offered Scott to be a pro here on TIS again.

Again we had 3 plays that missed the cut and turned out well.
They went 2-1.
Now for 4 or 5 years those plays have not done well.
This year they are kicking ass. Why I don't know. But they are.
So a word of caution. Don't go all in on these. At some point market correction will catch up to us.
But I hope your padding the roll while they are working.
